RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days after receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Gift cards are non-refundable items and are final sale. 


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received, we will send you an email notifying that the product has been received. We will then inspect the returned item to ensure it is in the original condition with tags attached and original packaging. Once we have completed the inspection we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


SALE ITEMS
Sale items may be returned as per same terms as regular priced items. 


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to support@outrageousmermaid.com


SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For purchases over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost returns.
